SEPTA on ice

Looks like a cold and nasty one out there.  There'll be delays for drivers, pedestrians and cyclists too, not to mention airplanes.  And yes, you on trains, trolleys and busses won't quite get where you're going as fast as you'd like.  

But isn't it awesome that we don't all have to drive or walk to school or work on a day like this? For two bucks, you can stay dry, relatively warm and not bust up your tailbone on some treacherous sidewalk.  Yay SEPTA!
